What is wet-dusting and how to?

Wet-dusting is a technique commonly used by many sugar artists to powder dust moist surfaces. This technique comes in handy when pigments within a powder separates after mixed with alcohol based solvents or other liquids.

How to? Steam your sugar craft articles for approximately 2 – 3 seconds, wait for the steam to cool off and dust the steamed area to achieve a painted look without separation of the product.
